Got some more done today. So far so good. Tomorrow ill round the backside of the tweeter and mid woofer. As well as make the box for the tweeter and woofer and wire the crossovers. Not to mention caulk all the gaps on the inside to properly seal everything.

Got the crossovers up and going. Everything works fine. Now i gotta add the stuffing and air seal all possible gaps with caulking.

Got the top on. I need to purchase more clamps. Ill let these set overnight. I retested the speakers one more time and made sure everything was clamped and crimped right on the crossovers. Ill add the acousti stuff tomorrow as well as the back panel. Then ill get it preped for sanding primer and paint.

Final mock up before sealing the back panel. Going to let it sit over night. Then put wood glue where needed. Gonna sand and primer then sand and primer and leave as is. Ill leave it like that until ive cleared out the room and have that taken care of before apply the finish. I dont want to be moving it around and possibly scuff it or damage it in any way.

Sanded the birch with a 150 grit belt sander then primed then orbital sander 220 grit then BIN SHELLAC RATTLE CAN PRIMER. once ready for paint ill block sand 1000 grit then apply 2 to 3 coats of mettalic copper then 3 to 4 coats of laquer.

Did I miss something...why did you make it so big? It might be a photo thing, but it looks much wider than 22", but still looks to be 13-1/2" deep. You may have mentioned earlier and I missed it.
Anyway - they look nice, you did a very nice job on them.

Jajaja yeah its 48" wide. But inside its still 22" i made a box within a box for aesthetics. To be almost as wide as the tv.

Well third time is a charm. This is the third time ive built the Swope CC. Did an ebony stain on the front and an expresso all the way around. The finish is satin. It came out very well i think. They sound really good. I cant wait to learn REW and tweak the system as it sits. Now time to save up for the Swope Towers.
