The cavity is the enclosure. Having an asymmetrical bracing alignment will only help to break up standing waves. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

Correct. You have nothing to lose by making braces asymmetrical in terms of the way the cutouts are shaped and their spacing within the cabinet.

One other suggestion....make those cutouts in your window braces large. Even with 1/2" material, you get a really strong brace even if the cutouts...
