Hey I am going to build a sub and am going to use the dayton audio SD270A-88 10" subwoofer and the dayton audio 70w subwoofer amp. I saw that you built a sub using this sub and amp as well. I was wondering what were the materials you used in building this? Also what are the dimensions for the box that you built for this sub? Any other tips would be greatly appreciated.

Just wanted to get some advise if i can?

I will be buiding 2, 3cuft sub enclosures mainly for HT , TV 75%, 25% Music . I will use an external Amp.
Which RSS 315 would you recommend if i go Ported in 3 cuft , the HF or HO ?

Cascade responded to my inquiry but didn't offer much in the way of a price break. Things are tough all over. Working with the VB-1x I couldn't help but notice its simularities with plasti-crete cement repair products. I would almost bet that if I added some West systems 404 high density filler I could duplicate or come up with a very simular coating. What do you think?

Hey John. I talked with you awhile back about my speaker project. I used Cascades VB-1 coating and really liked it. I now am working on a prototype cab, and was wondering how to get Cascades stuff cheaper. Do they offer it at a savings for buisnesses?
