Several have asked me to provide some info on the Malbec speakers seen and heard at DIY Iowa 2010. So.... here it goes.
The Malbecs are a very high quality 3-way conceived and built as an effort to equal the overall performance of my 2008 Mid Class winners, the TzuJans, and exceed them in bass performance and top end quality.
The development and build was the quickest I have ever done. Initial thinking began about the last week if August, and build was finalized 10/13.
