Sorry I didn't get back to you re:buildabox for the last DIY event. Too much going on, etc.

If I get a nibble on the table saw, etc I could make the tent sale, etc this year. No speakers to show off -- I could use a dose of motivation, etc.

Can't say for sure but if you think it would be worth a try I might be able to put a build-a-box together to bring with me -- what size would be best?

Ben-how would your 3CR-Ti's work as desktop/computer speakers?

Looks like I'll be doing my listening in the "near-field" configuration for now.

Mike- I think they'd be a little big for that as they are rather tall, however, if you toe them in with drivers at ear-level, they'd probably do really nice for you! The bass is not lacking, so a sub might not be warranted.

Let me know how they turn out if you go this route!
