My name is nathan and am looking to speak with someone familiar with the Jordan brand.

I have purchased a pair of Jordan 50mm Transducers some time back and have not yet put them to use. Went to the Jordan site regarding suggestions for builds but there was a ton on info.

Should i be intimidated by all of this? Have not attempted a speaker build before and am looking to get the right combination between tweeter, driver and crossover.

have you built many speakers before?

If i cannot find a Cross-over of "precisely 150Hz" as suggested by the info sheet that came with the speakers, will this damage the tweeters at all (hence concern of risk).

The sheet talks of the "ultimate being an electronic crossover sitting between pre-amp and power amp.

It also suggests "electronic cross-overs being available with 12db, 18db and 24db cut-off filters, the sharper the better" but am unfamiliar with cut off filter levels.

Are these instructions or merely suggestions per se on constructing the best possible outcome my Jordan 50mm Modules.
