Sorry for the late reply, I just noticed it and I'm almost a month late. The funny thing is that I have yet to go to a DIY event (not so funny I guess because I really would like to) but I'm more likely to make it to DLR's event in Boston because that is the shortest drive from Syracuse, NY. The second closest would be the Dayton event but unless I relocate (which is unlikely) I probably won't make it any further west than that. About those two designs, I have them on rotation and swap them every few months. I really like them both but I would have to say that the Alpheus MkII design is probably my favorite based on frequency response. The Dionysus has the edge in terms of soundstage spaciousness due to the dipole design and I like that a lot. I guess that's why I'm keeping both and have been content taking a break from DIY since I already have two designs that I like so much.

Hey Robert, yes I did get your message, thanks for the reply. Probably sometime on a weekend would be good for me, it would depend on your schedule since I know you travel. So let me know when would be good for you and we'll get together. Where did you want to try to do the measurements, I was asumming you'd want to do it up your way, you are in L-ville, right? I think the problem with my measurements are keeping the room out of it, I wonder if a gym (which I have access to) would be a good venue as the walls would be so far away. Oh, and by the way I bet your Zaph speaks are gonna kick ***!
