Thank you for the explanations and comments about the waveguide. I am pleased that it seems to be useful.

I have several others you might find interesting. I milled these last week and provide the cross sections as I generated the geometry and tool paths. These are various sizes. If they interest you, I can send you links to photos tomorrow when I have access to Broad Band, or you can ask Ryan to forward the photos if you want them sooner.

If you have more ideas for guide shape, let me know, I'm looking for better ideas regarding shape, and this works out well as I am also trying learn to produce more complex shapes in CAD and on the CNC machine. It's a timely coincidence.
