A couple of things that should be covered I think:

1: What is the venue name and address?
2: What are the event hours?
    3. Who is bringing what?
    4. Any structured agenda as of yet?
    5. Who is supplying the bikini models for the pics?
    6. Is PE hosting theNOid with his own lovely personal escort/model for the day?
    7. For the weekend?
    8. Anyone other than me want to drink a few beers and BS afterward the event somewhere?
    9. Did I ask about my escort yet? What about beer?

I cannot say about the babes, but the TomKatz restaurant has some of the best beer I have had in years. I had the "dogkiller" or "vogon death match" or something like that, MMMMMmmmmm.

He's just been talking to me too much. I might have to drag him up to Oxford for the eyecandy smorgasboard that attends Miami.

I'll be bringing 2 LM3886 based amps for listening, comparison, whatever. They're almost a matched set, like the babes pictured.

PE may be looking into a visit with some of the warehouse "mavens". Bring your gloves.

I'll be bringing a new and improved version of the 3-way speakers I brought last year.

Similar to my former missed Orlando list:

    -Aura NS3-194-8E
    -Bitty-boom pair
-W6-1139SC sub (same as last year, for those who haven't heard one yet.)
-Roadmaster Aluminum DVC in PE buyout .5ft^3 box(isn't a great performer, but looks GREAT!)
-"Candor A" headphone amp(hopefully soon to be free of hum, and working optimally before day's end) Sony MDR-V700DJ cans.

No beer for me, but I think we ate at TomKatz last year. GOOD FOOD!! I'm game for that.

Ok guys... i'm bringing my amps... and my wife. I dunno about speakers right now, i may not have room in the car. So anyway, you guys may get to meet my wife, and possibly my father in law, and some friends and even possibly my brother. I dunno if i can get them all to come...its a 12 hour drive for me. But we'll see

    nice cans

Or I guess I should say the person "previously known as paul@partsexpress".

Holy cow Noid! Now I know why I lost interest in speaker building. No one is interested in having a few beers after the event? If I were closer, I would join you dude

These days (at 49 years old) I am into my family, powerlifting and training my Golden Retriever puppy.

    YES!!!! THE MAN HIMSELF!!!

Its so good to finally hear from you ...a sign of life after all these years. Yes...i'm still here 6 years later. I'm very sorry that you got burnt out, and i understand why. If you could make it to diy dayton or diy dc it would truly be an honor to finally meet you.

hope you've been having fun w/ the family Later!

Great to see that ol' PE Paul moniker back on the board. I'd have a couple of beers with you after an event, alas, I am on the other coast. Glad to hear there is life after speaker building.

-- well I'm bringing some mtms using the Seas TBFC tweeter and seas MP14rcy/p for sure -- They are not *finished* yet but they sound good to me... so even if they aren't pretty... you will atleast see how they sound...

The little MP14 surprised me that it behaves itself fairly well for even the low frequencies even though it is a pure 'mid' – not as detailed as the RS for sure… but still plenty of detail and very smooth and natural sounding. As a pure mid I favored it over the MCA15 which did so well in the Mark K tests…

I have a pair of TDFC tweeters too and well the TDFC and TBFC are pretty interchangeable... Anyone want a little A/B comparison TDFC/TBFC?

Depending on when the DIY Dayton is I may have some other things to bring...

I don't think my mom/girlfriend are coming along this year -- who knows though...

I'll be bringing some audax buyout units along to put in the pile to be given away... I was going to make some little computer speakers out of them but after hearing the seas units and realizing how small an enclosure they will be happy in... I decided to find them a happy home at the DIY instead of just shipping them back to... that other place

I also have the RS 7” and RS tweeter in my car – and an avalanche 15” installed IB in the trunk if anyone wants to hear that just ask .
