Advice in receiver upgrade

I have a Technics receiver mod. SA-AX530 that
sounds very good to me,but I have a chance to replace it with a Harman Kardon AVR130,that have very good reviews.Is it worth the upgrade?

Any features that one has that the other doesn't? Do either have pre-amp outputs? I wouldn't "upgrade" unless you have the option of _really_ upgrading to serious power in the future.
