a wide band speaker

Does anyone know of a design that reaches up to 30kHz or better. There for my dog. No budget constraints.

Perhaps a single-ended planar tweeter? Like the Dayton PT2. But the obvious question is, why in the world are you trying to build speakers for your dog? I have found no music that dogs really like, but I have found some music that really bugs my dog. The music was bluegrass and had harmonica in it, which I imagine sounded sort of like cats yowling.
