When PE says they love you

they mean it darnit! I ordered up a 100 ft. spool of quad shielded RG6 for my buddy to finally get his satellite dish runs finished up. Box arrives at the usual time and upon opening up the box inside the box I find TWO spools, 100 feet each. Okay. Call PE and when I said I received a bit extra on my order the sweet CSR whose name I forget (sorry) said that's because they love me. LOL.

After a very brief time on hold she came back and told me to go ahead and keep it. So much for grabbing 10 feet for myself off my buddy's spool, I've got 100 feet of my own. Well guess who's gonna be making up some interconnects now.

Now why couldn't this happen on the orders for, say, some RS tweeters or along those lines??? I think they would be wanting those back! I'm not complaining though. I have a 4 day weekend to start building my rack so the extra cable will go to good use. Happy Thanksgiving all and be safe out there wherever you are heading.

Yes PE is Great... Kind of like the other week, someone was complaining about shipping cost yet again. Next thing you know free shipping on orders over $100. Very nice..

How about free crossover components with any speaker purchase? hmm, no I didn't think so.
Probably in this case, since it was their error they would have had to pay to have it sent back at which point their margin on that item drops too low to even bother with. Great for you though.
