Default Phase plugs in RS drivers

Does anyone know how the phase plugs in the RS drivers are held in place? Glue? Screw? Other?

I think they are integral to the center post. Probably epoxied in place. But it wouldn't be a stretch to think they are screwed in with a threaded hole in the center post and an integral threaded post on the plug. Either way, there's probably a bit of glue involved.
