What is the min. time to leave glued MDF clamped? *NM*

depends upon several factors...
- kind of glue
- air temp
- humidity

I use gorilla glue, which only starts to set after about 30 minutes. I usually keep it clamped overnight, min. of 8 hours.

I let my Titebond II sit for at least 30 minutes before continuing, but I will increase the time if I'm going to be putting any stress on the joint.

I let my joints sit overnight before major pressure applications (bending sheets around a skeleton)

" Titebond III " , their newest and strongest , also says to clamp for 30 minutes , and not stress for 24 hours . DVW

10 to 30 min. clamp time. I bought it because I was tired of waiting 30 min. to 1 hour for elmer's wood glue. Works great!
