Bullet Tweeters...4 or 2
I am building a system for a DJ friend of mine and am down to the tweeters as the last part needed to order. It consists of 4 18's for bass, 4 15's for mid-bass, 4 Celesion 6 1/2" sealed back mids and I still need tweeters. The mids and tweeters will be on their own amp (700hz and up). The mids will be mounted in a 30 to 40 degree angle for wider disperion. My friend likes the way titanium bullets sound and I was considering using 4 (2 per side at same angle as mids) http://www.partsexpress.com/pe/showd...number=270-135 or 8 (4 per side mounted at 4 different angles, real wide dispersion) http://www.partsexpress.com/pe/showd...number=270-125 . I would probably use an 18db crossover at 5-6K. Which one would be better and is there a reason not to go this way?
