Wich would you buy?

I have built a wonderful sub based on the dayton 12" sheilded DVC. My best friend wants one but I don't have a hole lot of time on my hands to build one right now. Would you stay with the shielded DVC in a 3 cubed ported box. Or purchase the prebuilt Dayton 12" sub for the whopping $150 bucks it costs right now. $150.00 seems like a steal to me but what driver and amp combo does dayton use in the box? will it stand up to the the SDVC as far as sound goes?

I have been nothing but impressed with all the dayton brand products I have purchsed in the past(DVC, SDVC, Titanic etc.) is this price too good to be true?

I have not heard it, but based on price and advertised freq. response, I would imagine it fits right in with the majority of $150.00 powered subwoofers.
