art 355 eq

I could not find the website for art so I figured I could find out here. The art 355 eq states in the manual on page 6 as a note that any input can be used with any output. Does this mean that I can input rca and output to xlr like I could with the art xlr to rca convertor box. Ideally what I want to do is convert my preamp rca out to xlr so I can use an active xover.

I have the same EQ. the site is <A HREF="http://www.artproaudio.com">www.artproaudio.com</A> I don't use the XLR's but I've tried it with RCAs and 1/4" and it worked.
