That thing about Le is that it is different at every frequency you check it at. It is typically spec'ed at 1kHz based on the impedance at that frequency. However, a driver that has an Le of 1.2 mH at 1 Khz could have an Le of 8 mH at 200 Hz and .4 mH at 10 kHz. So, when you see Le values that seem odd to you, you have to know the frequency it was measured at in order to make sense of it.
