I have the JENSEN JHT525 HOME THEATER SPEAKER SYSTEM WITH POWERED SUB wofer that I purchased a few weeks ago from partsexpress. Can you tell me what I need to convert part or all of the speaker system so I can use it with my computer?

Depends. What kind of sound card do you have? Some will be able to drive your speakers directly, so all you'd need to to is put 1/8" jacks on your speaker cables. Otherwise, you may need to spend a few bucks to get a 5.1 receiver to drive it.
