The Blackmumba Speaker Project
For those who have not seen yet a DYI project for a 5.5 way design in a combination of horn loaded, TL and BR structures using a DYI digital XO.
This design starts with the Klipsh Horn design type for the H-M and the goes then to a TL for the Mid stage and for the MM & ML ending with BR type box, ported and tunned down to 22 hz for the 2 L drivers.
Send me a note and I'll be glad to share my project for those who's still thinking that there is much more still to see for loudspeakers design.

Why so complex? I understand the idea of a 22Hz tuned Helmholz box so that woofer output is maximized over the audio range (Meyersound X10 for example). But why multiple TL stages and horns? What are you attempting to gain by breaking up the spectrum into so many bands?
