A 12volt DC power supply with sufficient current capability to supply the amplifier. You will probably find that an amp designed to operate off 120volts will be cheaper.

get one of those car battery chargers that is rated around 40 amps quick charge. This would work for bench testing and such, but i don't recommend it for long term use. at least not for any longer than the charger says to use it for in any one sitting.

or better still, spend the $$ and get the bench top power supply with a rated amp output higher than the amp you will be driving.
