Hey AJ. TMM with K1 is a go.
I just ran things through the PCD and all looks well enough. It has 2 dB or so of BBC dip so hooray rock! The whole crossover will be 9 pieces. None of the inductors are overly large thankfully. The largest cap will be in the neighborhood of 40-45 µF, which is in the notch filter on the 135's so that's not too terrible either since you could easily use an NPE for it. I want to do a wee bit more tweaking and get some real world component values but overall I'm pleased.

Sounds good, how much bsc are you figuring in? Also, hows the sensitivity looking? I'm thinking about using the K1 with the ca18rly for my design, to keep costs lower. (alot lower) Although i'd love to use the 27tdfc, the cost will be too high. And really in its operating range the k1 is a good tweeter as i can easily cross 2.5khz with the seas woofer.
I should be able to get to the tmm's by Jan. Are you still planning on using the audax tweeter in the tmm's you build?
