What do you think about my XO? *PIC*

Hi,
I'm relatively new to speaker building, and I'm working on a 3 way tower. It's an MTMWW using the Vifa PL27TG35-06, two Dayton RS 150-4 for the mid section, and 2 RS180-4 for the lower section. I've purchased the drivers, and now it's time to purchase crossover components.
If my efforts paid off, the attached link will pull up my crossover design.
I'd sure appreciate it if someone could look it over, and let me know if I'm on the right track.

Would have to model your response. But at first glance, you likely do not need a zobel on the woofers as impedance is probably pretty tame in the crossover region so that would save you a few bucks. Also a little surprised that you don't require some padding on the midrange.
But keep it up you definitely are started in the right direction.

Re: I used XOPro for years.....
And it will get you a starting point. In this case, you have picked a VERY challenging design, one that would be tough to do even with a good tool kit. XoPro will not account for most of the aberant behaviour in the RS woofers, as well as the baffle step. This will result in a forward and spitty sound to this speaker I predict. A second order slope will let the breakup modes in the metal cones sing away.
Have you built the boxes yet? You likely do not need the second midrange at all. If you would like some help doing an optimized version of the design, I will volunteer. Its a lot of work. Drop me a PM if interested.

Overall, I'd say it should work pretty well EXCEPT that your mid's upper range (6k) "ringing" is not being suppressed enough. It's only about 10dB down from your tweeter level at that point.
I'd go 3rd order for the LP section of your bandpass (or add a "notch filter" at 6k on your mid). If you change your .70mH coil to a 1.0, change your 3uF cap to an 8uF, and after that ADD another coil (0.20mH is all you need) before your 2.5 ohm resistor, you'll drop that ringing at 6k down another 10dB (pushing it 20dB below the tweeter), which should be good enough.
