tweeters
I currently have in my passive 2 way setup (that will be transformed into active 3 way shortly) audax textile tweeters
<A HREF="http://www.partsexpress.com/pe/showd...number=276-152">http://www.partsexpress.com/pe/showd...number=276-152</A>
one of the leads on one fell out tonight. The other one I've superglued back together because the tweeter came out of its mount. So I need to either buy two new ones or two new different tweeters. My stipulations are this. hafto play 3000Hz-20,000Hz well, be somewhat cheap, and fit in my q form kick panels. the audax tweets are the MAX size I can fit. Any suggestions?

The Dayton ND20 may work. It's a slightly larger diameter but still quite small and plays 3000-20000 very nicely.

Re: tweeters
As much of a fan as I am of the ND20(I have 60 of them in my arrays, but then their short coming are completely obiterated by the fact that each one only has to cover 3% of the total tweeter load), for using just one, and having to cross at 3000, I'd be more interested in a model close to the price of your current audax at $21: TANG BAND 28-847SA SHIELDED NEODYMIUM DOME TWEETER. Absolutely flat fromm 1500 to 20000K. This gives you a lot of crossover leeway.

TANG BAND 28-847S on sale for $14
the TANG BAND 28-847S NEODYMIUM DOME TWEETER is also a close relative and with better power handling than the Dayton neo and similiar to the one that I already suggested, Its also on sale for $14, 6 bucks less than its normal $21.
If you use the neo you might need to use a bunch to get the power handling up.

The link below is for a tweeter that might just drop in.
