    on the Dayton 2way xover(260-142)to use it as a 8ohm xover do you just switch the plug from the 4ohm prongs to the 8ohm prong-newbie ? here obviously--Thanks

    The jumper is for the low pass circuit only, either a 4ohm or 8ohm woofer can be used with this crossover by switching the jumper to the appropriate setting. High pass for the tweeter is 8ohm only.
