Paging Dori S. and Pete S. - DA135 schumaubkins! *PIC*

Dori, here's a concept rendering of the design we had discussed earlier. Six DA135 woofers are wired in a triple series-parallel arrangement to give close to a 90dB sensitivity, which makes it easy to integrate with most mids. I think the ideal would be to go with the 4" bamboo driver in it's own enclosure crossed at 300hz to the woofer, then at 4500hz to the tweeter (this little tweeter from madisound has very low distortion as long as you cross it high enough). The RS52 midrange could also work, and is nice because it has it's own enclosure, but the crossover point would need to be raised which would result in a 2.7-way weird crossover for the woofers in order to integrate properly, at the expense of midrange sensitivity. I'd stick with the tang band, I'll have a cutaway rendering done soon to show that enclosure and the internal braces. This is designed for 1/2" MDF BTW.
Also, some sort of wider base would need to be attached, because these would certainly be prone to tipping over!
These could also be done using just four woofers in a standard series parallel, i used six to boost sensitivity.
Pete, I couldn't help but notice these look quite a bit like your schumaubkins except with the DA135, I thought you might have some insights for the crossover or any other tips.
Best, Max

Nice drawings!
If you cross those DA135 at 600Hz to the RS52, I doubt you'd have much trouble getting good integration.
My question is, why the DA135? It's performance below 300Hz is not very good. The Silverflute-W14RC25 has much better low end performance for just a few extra bucks. The Tangband-W5-704S for another few bucks is also a much better choice.
