eminence ps200s with dayton h6 12
has any one cupled the psd:2002s-8 with the dayton h6 12 constant directivity horn? if so do you have an opinion of the resulting sound.

I have done exactly that...
...and the horn is too big. It causes the high frequencies to fall off pretty quickly above ~6khz and I have to boost it with EQ. I'd suggest a smaller lens, maybe the selenium 60x40 biradial?

One thing to know about the 2002 tweeter is that it is HEAVY. A shorter horn will be less likely to break, but invest in a cast aluminum or steel horn if you can. (on the other hand, the selenium horn isn't too deep and should be able to support the 2002 without too much trouble)
Heck maybe even the 12" dayton conical one could work: http://www.partsexpress.com/pe/showd...number=270-312
