I need your opinion!

I keep trying to buy parts for the Amethyst but everytime I do I end up backing out. I can't decide between the Tri-trixmt or the Amethyst. It will be for my bedroom mainly for music, but everyonce in a while I might use them for watching a movie. I want it to be a 2.1 system with the Tangband 5.25" Sub. I will most likely power the speakers with the sonic T-Amp. Suggestions anyone?

I haven't heard either speaker, but the TriTrix MT
should have a bit more bass (5 1/4 inch woof vs a 4 inch woof) and play a bit louder than the Amethyst. The Amethyst is smaller than the TriTrix, if that's important.

I'm thinking about building the TriTrix MTM myself, so I've looked at the design a lot.
Cheap, easy, high value.
