Default Drivers on ebay, morel mdt33, Tang Band, Audax

    Provided Link: ebay stuff

I'm getting out of building for a while, this stuff has been sitting, hopefully it can find a good home. I still love building, but wrong stage in my life (and I have too many projects anyway)... these are REALLY nice drivers that should find a good home somewhere.

morel mdt33's, tangband drivers (nice ones, titaniums etc), audax

I have a few projects to finish and them all my remaining xo stuff will go up for auction eventually... probably 6 months from now or so.... then it'll be back to amp building for me... no room left in the house for speakers!

Best of luck for the bidders out there! Thanks for looking!

version 2 is 86db sensative, z0 is 93 db.... quite a difference... the z0 is almost impossible to find, believe me, I've checked

I dunno about sound quality difference, but the z0 is about as close to the ideal midrange as I have ever found... its dang impossible to find a small mid with that kind of sensativity. my opinion of course

I know you said in the auction that you don't want to split them up, but I imagine you would get more bidders if you did. Some of those Tang Bands are catching my eye but no way am I going to bid on the whole lot.

    Good luck!

Its a good point, I just wanted to try this and see if someone will take the whole thing. I'd hate to have to ship these out two by two. That'd suck and not be efficient. Its almost better that someone take the whole lot, use what they can and then add to it and sell the lot all over again.

If this doesn't work, I'll break up the drivers and take offers, but if I get even one bid... won't happen.

the other issue is that some of these drivers would never sell, if I sell the whole lot, at least they go to a good home... the best kind of recycling. better than me keeping them and not using them or throwing them out... none of them deserve to be thrown out, and I can't afford to keep any of them right now. towards the end of the auction if nobody bids, I don't mind email offers on the drivers, but if even one person bids, then I'll be happy and these things will go to a good home.

Oh, quit it. You're still a dentist, and still making way more than the humble cable guy!

to be fair though, I'm not that busy as a dentist yet, and so far I'm only working 2 days a week...the rest of the time I'm working on my house....electrical, insulation ... organization etc. all kinds of stuff.... plus my wife works like crazy, she's an accountant...she makes the big bucks

well, seems like I have one bid on my auction, which makes me happy... means I can buy some stuff at PE for a few final projects before I hang up speaker building for a while ...
seems like there are a few extra people watching the auction too, so I assume there will be last minute bidders...we'll see. have a good one cable guy
