    Default TuLines for sale...

I know, we all prefer to build our own rather than buy speaker systems. Nevertheless, I have my DIY TuLines speakers listed on Audiogon for sale (Item No. 1210697016) and my user name there is "Bcskinny". I'm not trying to make any money or even pay for my labor, just hoping to recoup my out-of-pocket expenses so I can continue funding this hobby. While I understand most of you won't be personally interested, maybe someone you know that isn't a DIYer might. I demonstrated these at Shawn's InDIYana event last year. Thanks for being considerate and any interest you might generate.

Paul, I hate to admit it, but I do not recall the name of the ones I heard at your place. Too many fine Canadian brews and too much fine Canadian Pinot Noir, I guess. But for anyone else who reads this, if they are the ones I heard, they are astounding on a full range of music and would be a great buy for someone looking for DIY sound quality and price. (I do not mean to imply Paul's other projects don't sound great. The ones I heard in Sac a number of years ago were great too.)

Dan, thanks for the compliments and support. Yep, you heard the TuLines when you were here and saw their replacements, the canTiLenas, in an early stage of assembly.

If he tops the "CanTiLenas", I think it'll be a great feat!! In a standard 3-way format, about 5G's will be able to improve them. Without that and active xovers, I think he is at the top-end with these. They are fantastic! If you can make InDIYana, please do!

As Wolf noted, the canTiLenas replaced the TuLines and are better (thanks, Ben), so much so that I really can't imagine being able to top them without spending an obscene amount of money. If you make it to Shawn's event at the end of April, you'll be able to hear the canTiLenas as I'm planning on bringing them.

Caling it like I see it! =-) I'm pleased to get to hear them again,
