Here's what Jim said,

"It's down because the name expired and I didn't renew it yet. I haven't had any time to work on the site for at least a year or so. And I didn't know if I should spend any more money on the name renewal. It expired a few days ago. I can certainly re=activate it. But I didn't know if anyone was even visiting it anymore since all those involved in its creation kind of abandoned it.

It wouldn't cost all that much to re-activate it and I would do so if you thought it would be worthwhile. Let me know what you think."
