I Live in North Knoxville; Merchants and Central Ave... therefor you know Powell is just up the rode a piece (from me). You have that house listed with a realtor? I need a home to house my stereo, but I am a few months away, at least. I moved up here (to my personal paradise)
last year, June '07. I have a decent job, but I have yet to work through my probation period. Am originally from wpb FL. & I hated it down there.
Did you live here in Knox county before ?
I heard Cookeville is nice as well, have a buddy that used to travel there on business. My guess is ya'all say: GO VOLS !! during football season as well !!
