What does PA systems means, is it Proffassioanl Audio or Public Addressing.
And what is the meaning of Cabinets, is is correct for call PA Speaker systems a Cabinet or the correcy word is Enclusures.

I think when someone calls them "cabs" in Pro-Audio context they're generally referring to the finished speaker, with the drivers in place. ex: "I use a 4x10 cab for my bass and it barely keeps up with the single-eight of the idiot lead guitar."

in most cases here, PA will refer to Professional Audio, ie big high powered speakers and amps for live music

however PA can also refer to Public Address system, which is generally 70V line amp driving multiple speakers (with transformers on them) in a ceiling

I guess you just have to read things in context to figure out whihch is being referred to.

Public Address. That stems from when the systems bands used for vocals were in fact industrial public address systems. That has not been the case since the late '60s but the terminology remains.
