    Default off-setting the tweeter

    ive seen in some designs, mainly 2-ways, where they off-set the tweeter a little. why is this?

    Basically? To change the dispersion pattern and baffle diffraction effects. Sometimes, aesthetics, too.

    Use the search on the board. There was recently (in the last 2 weeks) a massive discussion on this very subject.
