wt3 problem - test lead calibration before resistor cal

I think I need some help! I didn't follow directions and I ran the test lead calibration before I ran the resistor calibration. Now I can't make this thing work for anything. My test lead resistance shows 1700ohms.

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling to no avail.

Update: I solved the problem. Since I am using vista I was receiving incorrect results due to not setting the recording properties to 2 channel 44khz 16bit sound.
