I bought one of thesehttp://cgi.ebay.com/3-1-2-LCD-Induct...QQcmdZViewItem over a year ago and I am still very happy with it. It is quite accurate. Mine reads -0.037mH less than actual value. Otherwise very consistent. Here's a picture of mine, not for sale.

If you look up "LCR meter" on ebay you will find a few cheap brand new ones as well as some nicer used stuff you might want to consider.
