    Default OT: Not again!!!

Dang, I thought one fire a year was bad. This new Tea Fire as they have named it is devastating the town.

This one is about 15 miles south of me in Montecito where I have lots of clients and friends. 200+ houses burned, 2500 acres burned, o% containment, and if the wind blows it will drive it down out of the hills into the middle of town.

Last night watching coverage on tv, my son was unconsolable, at 9 he couldn't understand this one wasn't coming to get us. All he remembered was having to evacuate our house back in July.

What started out as a very promising year sure has been tough in the second half.

There are some beautiful houses up there-sure hope this gets contained .

Fire season here near Topanga is always a bad situation ,once we watched the flames out the window and watched the same shot on t.v. news =stereo nobody needs.

Default I hope you really are in the clear

Hey Don. Believe me I was sitting at work watching the news videos and basically said the same thing; NOT AGAIN!?!!! I immediately hoped you had been spared again. I came pretty close to calling you tonight to see if could get hold of you but thought twice if the evacuation was in effect for you. No sense in tying up communications any more than what they are already out there. Stay safe my friend.

WOW! I hope you stay safe, and don't have to leave again. Once a year is more than too often.

Dang, Don! I hope everything dies down there soon - hopefully some rain will come your way. Stay safe!
