Do John Ritchie and John Krutke get along?
Just wondering.
Or Danny. Yeah I meant Danny Ritchie.
Sorry.

John Ritchie? You mean Danny?

Hungry for gossip, eh? It is quite possible to have a professional disagreement without affecting the ability to "get along". Now if you want to discuss a debate about measurement methods, such might be welcome here.

No no- not hungry for gossip...I really am hoping they get along and that the disagreement really was just professional.

Actually, it appears the boutique woofer didn't measure up and he took offense. Old news.

I often hear off the cuff remarks about CSD not being useful... How can this be?
Has anyone other than Zaph used the woofer they are describing?
Like it or not, Zaph has a lot of influence and is going to be subjected to high levels of criticism.
Since the comments he makes are likely to make or break a small driver company this criticism is fair. I believe that two respectable people can have strong disagreements and still be gentlemen.

As petty and childish as some people can be, threads like that are by far THE best places to spend some time reading to really learn a thing or two.
Having been an automotive nut for a long time, I can tell you the most I ever learned was by getting in to a deep discussion or argument with someone in the industry.

I thought I saw a thread on here linking to that original audiocircle thread....but I can't find it for the life of me now.
