Honey, I'm home!
Well, my little sojourn to West-By-God-Virginia has finally come to a close. I had a pretty good time there, the people are VERY nice, and the scenery is amazing. I very much missed my wife, though, and am VERY glad to be home!
I wish that I had been able to meet up with Neil Davis, or Nick K, but alas it was not to be. I also had to miss InDIYana, and that is my biggest regret.
Anywhoo, now I can get back to speaker work. Yay! I'm getting ready to start building my version of Wolf's "Deuteriums" using the vented alignment that he originally came up with before he had to compromise for the end user's placement in an entertainment center. Actually I could be wrong about the timeline there, and if so, Ben please feel free to correct me. I do know that I'm building the alignment that he regards as optimum, though, and that's the important thing. I'll post my progress for anyone interested to see.
Also, I may end up building a subwoofer for one of the WV residents that I worked with, so lots to do!
God, it's good to be home!
Later,
Mark

Re: Honey, I'm home!
I was helping to get a branch of the cable contractor that I work for started in the area. Basically I was doing residential cable installation in Morgantown, Fairmont, and Grafton, WV for a month, until some local techs could be hired and trained. I also did some of the training, but not too much...

Lol... I thought they were still on two cans and a piece of string... of course, I can't poke fun. I'm in KY, where only last week I got my first pair shoes. (They don't match btw).
