Oaudio 300 or PE 500 BASH for RSS265HF-4 10" ?

I already own the Oaudio 300. I bought the PE 500 BASH this weekend when it was on sale and cost the same as what I paid for the Oaudio 300.

Which of these 2 amps will give the flattest, deepest response with the Dayton RSS265HF-4 10" driver in a 1 cu. ft. sealed enclosure?

Will either amp require modifications to meet this goal?

Will I even notice the difference in 500 watts over 300 watts?

I used the B500 wiht the HO15 in a vented box. It has about a +2dB lift around 40 to 50 Hz, which is pretty bad for a vented box in most rooms. Running your 10" closed however, it should stay fairly flat to an F3 in the mid 30's.

The 2dB shouldn't be too much of a factor.
