My THX style center channel with two Morel MDT-44's and two Vifa 6.5" woofers. I experimented with the "speckled/ textured" type of spray paint on this one.

To address diffraction, I added some black felt into the countersunk areas surrounding the tweeters.

To ensure this D'Appolito configuration would never be rotated on it's side (destroying the dispersion), I created a diamond shape that almost forces you to keep it as a vertical array. 4th order L-R filters provide very nice polar response when coupled with this particular geometric configuration.

This is a great addition...just wish more people (especially newer members, I guess) would recognize the purpose of this section.

Far too many threads are popping up that belong in TechTalk...and BTW, who is "grandpa" and what is he talking about regarding chatting with other players?!?!?!
