    Default Minimum Phase-ARTA vs RM

Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong in ARTA? I took an impulse response from a Dayton DC28F tweeter using ARTA. Then I pulled up the FR screen with phase, exported it as an frd file, used RM to extract minimum phase then loaded that into RM and printed the response as shown in the first picture. In the second picture I used the same impluse response but viewed the FR with ARTA's minimum phase, exported that as an frd file, loaded it into RM and got different phase and frequency response curves. I had assumed the same formula was being applied to the fr/spl data to come up with minimum phase.

I've attached three frd files renamed as txt files for viewing. The first file is the ARTA FR with phase data. The second used the first file in RM to extract minimum phase. The third file uses the same ARTA impulse data but exported by ARTA with minimum phase.

    Any help would be appreciated.
