Holm measurement has me preplexed

I wanted to dabble into the speaker measurement abyss with the ruinations prior to posting the build but I've got a measurement response that has me a little confused.

The blue line looks like the tweeter might be slightly hot but overall about what I'd expect... The green line is the same drivers and crossover but the reading looks to be -2 dbs on the woofers and +2dbs on the tweeters...

I was wondering if folks had any idea as to where to start troubleshooting. Could one be over stuffed causing the difference? Should I try swapping drivers to see if the difference follows a driver etc...
