The crossover is a 25V NPE with a dinky little iron core inductor. Although it is nigh on impossible to build a cheaper crossover, it does look to be relatively well thought out.

Cheap, cheap, cheap all the way around but they measure up pretty decent all things considered. The suckout at 3800 might disappear if a guy were to seal the tweeter into the flush mount housing.
