I can't remember anybody every posting data of this tweeter, and since I just measured it I might as well share. I'm using them as rear firing ambience tweeters, so basic measurements is all I'm doing. Still very impressive for a cheap tweeter.
Since they're on the rear the cabinet has hard square edges, the 3.5khz dip is due to diffraction. Level was 95db at 1 meter. Measures very flat (diffraction simulator accounts for all of that 3.5khz dip) and THD is below 1% from 1200hz on up.
I recall it getting a bad review a while back by someone, and hearing it a couple times, I felt it wasn't that great. Coulda been usage and the design, but I didn't like it.

There aren't many comparable options - small format, easy to cut faceplate, ok fairly low, and doesn't cost $200 like the ScanSpeak equivalents.
But, I've seen QC consistency issues with TB. I'd say consider the Vifa NE line before looking at these.
If you've got a pair and they measure close to each other, I don't see why they couldn't be part of a good speaker, implemented properly.
Be skeptical of any "review" that wasn't a blind listening test. Visual bias probably played a stronger part than the actual sound, in those cases - unless the crossover was outright bad.

Most small face plate SS's are only around $120.

I probably have more than that in my change jug, it's getting heavy.
