ALMA Student Loudspeaker Design Competition

The ALMA International Loudspeaker Association Education Committee has underway the first-ever Student Loudspeaker Design Competition. Students enrolled in an accredited institution of higher education are invited to submit their designs and measurements for a pair of loudspeakers by mail. Winners will be selected by a panel of judges during the ALMA Winter Symposium in Las Vegas January 4 to 5, 2011, two-days before the CES.

The finalists will receive free admission to ALMA International's two-day Winter Symposium and one free night at The Orleans Hotel. Various other prizes include equipment and test and measurement software donated by ALMA-member companies.
