Problems with Usher 9950-20

I was thinking of using this tweeter, but then I read a review here at PE from February. It was from a manufacturer that said they were having all kinds of problems with them and their rejection rate has gone up to about 40%.

Anyone here had any problems with this tweeter? Also, what is up with the FS? Usher and PE have 560hz listed, but Darren and MarK measured measured closer to 750hz.

Have not used mine yet, but impedance curve is smooth and Fs of 600Hz.

I've had this tweeter in a pair of speakers for a couple of years now and had no issues. It is a very nice sounding tweeter and can be crossed as low as 1.6kHz, maybe even lower but I've not tried it.
