Is anyone here from the Nashville area?

Just wondering if anyone here might live in or around Nashville. I'm in Hermitage, just East of Nashville. I was hoping to find someone near by that might have measurment equipment to find T/S parameters of some of the drivers I have and to talk speakers in general with. Maybe start a local DIY speaker/audio group?

Same here...I'm near Chattanooga and would like to find someone who knows more about speaker measuring/building than I do.

This is a great place to learn, but you can only learn so much this way.
Surely not all the great diyer's are either north or west of us.

Greetings, I am on my hill top west of Knoxville, but I am at the low end of the "learning curve" so not much help. I am trying to finish a pair of Zaph ZD 3.5's. I better hurry up or it will be too cold to do my veneer. I am retired so have plenty of time to chat.

Cuggie, I think all of us in this thread are at the lower end of the learning curve.

You know how Tennesse winters are-cool for a couple of days and then right back into the 60-70's.
I think you still have plenty of time for your veneering project.
