    Default New Speaker Build

Hey guys, Im pretty new here and pretty new to the world of Speaker Building but not to the world of woodworking. Ive owned my own Custom shop for 20 plus yrs and Ive been commisioned to build a pair of Danny Ritchie's Super "V"s very(cool speakers) which will be built in 3 diff veneers and if you guys would like I would do a step by step on how I construct, veneer , trim, finish etc... if you guys would like to see it Id love to do it. Let me know it would definetly be a long thread. Thanks guys, R.K.

Very interested... I've got a lot to learn and the threads here from the more experienced folks are very helpful.

Definitely. I'm reading all the build threads I can right now. I'm all about learning new things and better ways to do the things I already know how to do. I like to hear how people did their projects and the methods used and especially why they used one option vs. other possible options.

Sure thing! Spring is around the corner here in Canada ( speaker building season) and I find that a good write up/ build thread can bring me inspiration.

Are you kidding? Of course we'd love to see that...that is one of the topics I would like to see a pro cover. Not to say the others around here aren't good at it either, because there are some phenomenal jobs on here. It would just be nice to see a different perspective.

Please bring it on. Nothing serves the DIY communities better than the sharing of experience.

Whether it is filled with mistakes or oozing perfection. It is all valuable.
