    Default phase issue in PCD

I've done a number of simulations and modeling using Response Modeler and PCD, and never seen this problem. After I've modeled the Baffle and extracted minimum phase, when I import into PCD I've got a huge amount of phase shifts for the woofer (RS150-4). I've started from scratch with splcopy several times, and the issue persists. Any tips, please?

Here is the raw FR in PCD:

Here is the FR with Phase:

And here is the ZMA with Phase:

Well, that's sure not minimum phase

First, are you sure there's nothing in the x,y,z cells for the woofer in PCD? Make sure you clear them. My first guess is that a large offset is inducing a lot of delay into the program. Does your raw FRD file show this crazy phase before it is even imported?

The splcopy frd has a 0 column for phase, as it should, the baffle sim has some phase data, and the minphase looks good also:

    10.0000 33.11980 -28.28345
    10.1517 33.64930 -28.64726
    10.3056 34.17890 -29.05702
    10.4619 34.70880 -29.49302
    10.6205 35.23890 -29.93910
    10.7816 35.76920 -30.38368
    10.9451 36.29970 -30.82123
    11.1111 36.83050 -31.27789
    11.2796 37.36140 -31.76105

Phase wraps at Fb, as it should:

    44.3744 84.03520 -168.31768
    45.0474 84.29350 -171.56132
    45.7305 84.53540 -174.78456
    46.4240 84.76160 -177.98171
    47.1280 84.97260 178.85255
    47.8427 85.16900 175.72559
    48.5683 85.35150 172.64125
    49.3048 85.52080 169.60314
    50.0525 85.67770 166.61672

    Re PCD x, y ,z --- BINGO.
Silly me had entered the woofer z offset as -25 instead of -.025
Fixed that and got the woofer phase looking "normal"

    THANKS JEFF!
